Wood and Grieve Engineers was formed by Tony Wood and Kip Grieve in March 1961. Initially based in West Perth, this two-man consultancy specialised in structural and mechanical engineering.

Since then the company has grown to a national engineering consultancy firm with over 300 staff in 8 offices throughout Australia, providing services in the disciplines of acoustics, civil, electrical, ESD, fire, hydraulic, lifts, property asset management, mechanical, structural, and underground power to a wide range of private and government clients.
