Wood and Grieve Engineers was formed by Tony Wood and Kip Grieve in March 1961. Initially based in West Perth, this two-man consultancy specialized in structural and mechanical engineering.

Since then the company has grown to a national engineering consultancy firm with over 300 staff in 6 offices throughout Australia, providing civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, fire and ESD engineering to a wide range of private and government clients.
